By Faith

From Movement 5: Pressing On by Faith Journey By Faith Exhibition by ChanMi Jung Pyles

“These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised, since God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect.” — Hebrews 11:39–40

The story of faith is larger than any one life. Hebrews reminds us of those who trusted God through generations, even when they did not see the fulfillment of what had been promised. Their lives become part of a greater story that continues beyond them.

By Faith reflects the unseen thread that connects one generation of faith to another. We press on not because we can see the whole picture, but because we trust the One who is writing it.

Surrounded by those who have gone before us, we continue the journey—carrying faith forward into what we cannot yet see.

Scripture: Hebrews 11:39–40; 12:1
