The journey of faith ultimately points beyond what we can see. Hebrews speaks of a city whose architect and builder is God, a heavenly Jerusalem, and Revelation gives us a vision of the holy city coming down as God's dwelling place with His people.

Heavenly City reflects the destination that lies beyond the journey—not as an escape from creation, but as the fulfillment of God's work of renewal. We are called to live as people who belong to this kingdom now, carrying its light into the world as we await the fullness of what God has promised.

The journey that began with trusting, praying, returning, walking, and pressing on comes here: toward the presence of God, toward the city He has prepared, and toward the day when all things are made new.
