I Lift My Eyes

From Movement 2: Praying by Faith Journey By Faith Exhibition by ChanMi Jung Pyles

“I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from?” — Psalm 121:1

Prayer begins with a turning of our attention.

When the road ahead feels uncertain, Psalm 121 invites us to lift our eyes beyond what is immediately in front of us and remember where our help comes from: the Maker of heaven and earth.

I Lift My Eyes reflects this movement of the heart—from looking at our circumstances to looking toward God. We may not know what lies ahead, but we can lift our eyes and remember the One who does.

Scripture: Psalm 121:1–8
