People talk about living that "purpose-driven life," but do you feel always driven by your clear purpose?

I know I have a BIG picture/purpose given by God - but to be frankly honest, I can sometimes feel a bit "lost" with regards to my purpose because of weariness, business, or even discouragement that are natural part of the journey called life.

When feeling "lost" concerning "THE PURPOSE," the Lord graciously brings me to remember this verse - Psalm 138:8

"The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me;

your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever.

Do not forsake the work of your hands."

This verse is so encouraging as it assures me that

- I don't have to define the "purpose" myself as He Himself gives HIS purpose.

- I don't have to be anxious about what my purpose looks like at EVERY moment as the Lord will fulfill it IN TIME, ON TIME, and IN HIS TIME.

- His purpose prevails despite my failures, weaknesses, or circumstances because His Steadfast love endures forever.

- We are the work of His hands or His workmanship (Ephesians 2:10) and we are simply to walk in it.

Friends, I encourage you today (on this already-MODAY?-day), to hold onto His steadfast love as it will fulfill His purpose in our lives. Keep holding on, keep being faithful in whatever is right in front of you (whether work or people), and keep doing what you were created to do.
